Formerly known as Perri & Beau, we have extensive experience supporting Mechanical, HVAC, and Fire Protection contractors across a wide range of specialist projects with black and clean utilities including for pharmaceutical, semi-conductor, process, manufacturing, and industrial and non-specialist tenders such as for data centres, residential, commercial, health care, hotels, educational, warehouses and public buildings.

Alex Furlong is the Owner of Furlong AES. An Estimating Manager and a qualified Building Services (Mechanical & Electrical) Engineer. Alex has over 20 years of industry experience spanning mechanical estimating and mechanical building services engineering. Throughout his career, Alex has successfully led estimating teams, engineering teams, and design consultancies, developing a comprehensive understanding of the commercial and technical aspects of mechanical process and building services.
Drawing on extensive industry knowledge and practical experience, Alex is committed to providing clients with a professional, reliable, and transparent service that supports successful project outcomes.

A Furlong is a measure of distance in imperial units equal to one eighth of a mile, 660 feet, 220 yards, 40 rods, 10 chains or approximately 201 metres.
